Saturday, October 4th – The The TMRC need help from all able bodies. Also individual with Chainsaws!!
There was a lot of damage in the pecan grove at the TMRC last night during the storm. They are asking for any assistance they can get to help remove the damage. We have our Family Day just around the corner and we need to get the debris all cleared away so the setup can be completed.
Clearing will start tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m.
Tuesday, October 7th – Master Mason proficiency at 7:00 p.m. This will be followed by a Fellowcraft Floor School. The officer’s meeting scheduled for Tuesday is cancelled however we will have a run through on balloting. We have some balloting at our next stated meeting and it will give us a good chance to ensure we are current on the procedure.
Saturday, October 11th – TMRC Family Day! Be sure to come out and share the day with friends and family. We will also have two tables at the event and would certainly like you to stop by and visit. Brother Don Riney is looking for company Friday evening as he cooks his prize winning BBQ!
Tuesday, October 14th – Monthly Stated Meeting
Tuesday, October 21st – Michael Bishop will be presenting the next part of his talk on “The Secret Origins of Masonry”. This session has been moved from October 28th. Program starts at 7:00 p.m. This is a good time for all Brothers (young and old) (new and seasoned) to learn a little more about our heritage. Let’s have a good turnout.
Saturday, October 25th – Our Saturday Pancake Breakfast will be back in full swing. We had a great time at our August Breakfast when a set of Dominos turned up. October promises to be better.
Tuesday, October 28th – Our own Bruce Dalton will be receiving the DeMolay Legion of Honor Award. This is a momentous occasion for our Brother. It is the highest honor that can be bestowed in the DeMolay. The public ceremony will be in the east lodge room at 7:30p.m. A reception will follow with lite refreshments in the dining room. Please be sure to come out to share in this the occasion with Bruce and make it even more special for him.
