Our Beginning
Our Beginning – 1875
Most Worshipful Grand Master T. R. Bonner said: “I have issued 13 dispensations for new lodges, as follows: etc.” Among them we find listed Johnson Station, Tarrant County. (Grand Lodge proceedings, 1875, page 13.)
“As to Johnson Station Lodge, we have carefully examined the returns and minutes, and find them correct, and neatly gotten up, and we congratulate the lodge in commanding the services of so efficient a secretary, and having satisfactory evidence that said lodge owns a suitable hall, we recommend that a charter be issued upon the payment of the usual fees.”
