Grottos
The Mystics of the Veiled Prophet of the Enchanted Realm (Grotto) is yet another group that was dedicated to bringing Masons together in a setting outside of the Lodge to enjoy fun, fellowship, and amusement. It does not confer degrees, but seeks to show that work and play can be blended together in a Mason’s life without ruining the beauty and solemnity of Masonic work. They give time and money towards a number of charitable causes including: Cerebral Palsy and Dentistry for the handicapped, providing for dental needs, free of charge, to those who are 18 years old and afflicted with a physical handicap. Anyone who is a member in good standing of a Blue Lodge may petition to join.
